I'm here in NYC gearing up for Jimmy Fallon tonight (don't forget to tunein!) and I thought I'd send out some updates everyone.  Most of you probably know I'm out on tour right now with Tres Mts, Jeff's project with Doug Pinnick (from King's X) and Rich Stuverud (Fastbacks).  We're having a blast out on the road.  We kicked off in Seattle at the Showbox, then played in Austin at SXSW, then DC earlier this week and Philly last night.  Got a couple days off here before we play NYC on Saturday then we wrap up in Boston on Sunday.  

You also may have heard I'm training to run a half marathon in Napa this summer.  My wife and I are running and raising money for the CCFA and the Team Challenge program.  Be on the lookout for a unique all-ages benefit show that is going to support the half marathon.
