Great show. Long Road and Of the Earth was amazing

One of the nights of my life. :-)

Came from NYC to see them at the O2 thanks to a birthday present from my husband (tix to the show!). What a great show! The band sounded great, as always, and really seemed to be enjoying themselves. I just wish the set list had been a little longer. We met many other fans from the states, wish we could have gone up to belfast the following evening. It was our first time seeing a concert in another country, and we were not disappointed. Really enjoyed Of the Earth - thanks for playing it for us guys!!! That's the end of my touring season for PJ, I dont know how I will keep myself entertained until they come back.

Best gig I was ever at..the energy was out of this world..and to play for so long in the 02 and to crack out 26 tunes just blew me away..it's been a week now and just can't get it out of my system..amazing that I was there and sad that it's over and don't know when you's will hit these shores again..don't leave it too long..

Amazing :)

Fantastic performances in Dublin and Belfast. It was great to hear Of the Earth debuted, and it sounds a really class song

I went back to the sound engineers area just as Yell Led started. The security lads rushed over and I thought they were freaking because it was just after 11. (Ed had joked earlier about the curfew). But I just saw the lad in a ball on the ground and not moving. He's a clown if he jumped!!

Great show, but Belfast, for me was so much better. (For obvious reasons.... See my post on Odyssey gig)!

He jumped, what an idiot. He could have easily of landed on someone else and seriously injured them as well

I didnt notice it at the gig in Dublin but the article above seems to think it was a deliberate jump and Eddie last night in Belfast asked the crowd to be careful and not to jump off any balconies

Did anybody else see this.......

Comments down a bit further indicate that someone fell off the balcony? If so, that's crazy and hope they are alright.

my god the guys were on fire!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
we all were, amazing.
i was on the right side, front row and i colud see this game played between the guys and us, energy being passed on between the two. it was my very first show and almost 24 hours later i still haven t come back to earth.
ed thanked us repetedly, but doesn t he know, don t they know what they do for us?
"i just feel like i have a soul that have been saved"
that s me, right now
it is what was created during those two and half hours that saved me, eleveted me to a better place in my soul.
thank you thank you thank you thank you
next time i d love to see you in seattle guys! have a great time in europe.

Pearl Jam at the O2 Dublin, as I felt it!

Transcended by emotion, and On a wave of expectation,
Driven by adoration, For a night of pure elation,
"And I wish for so long", He began to say
We have all walked the Long Road, To be here today...............

As the "Waves came crashing" from each note that they play
"Delivered us wings" and gives us hope for each day
"Arms wide open" as we celebrate being Alive!
Eddie stalks the edge of the stage , looks like he wants to dive!

Now "Yes I understand that every" show must end oh,
Yellow Ledbetter rings aloud, Mike Mcready drives the crown, on
So thank you Pearl Jam, We are all your biggest fan, oh,
And now as I sit at home, I know some day you'll return, oh...

Last nights show in Dublin literally blew me away!!!! Thank you sooo much PJ for an outstanding show. Unforgettable.

Last night was my fourth time to see Pearl Jam and by far the best. I'm a fan since the early days and I have yet to witness a better band live and I've been to see the Rolling Stones and U2. Loved the version of the Joe strummer song. Lets hope the guys be back soon.

heard a few for 1st time live last night apart from ones of the most recent album even though I have seen them several times before

off to Belfast now for more of the same

come back to Ireland again soon

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.............I was blown away last night! Excellent gig! thank you PJ!

hadn't seen pearl jam play in 17 years, since slane - loved every minute of last night, fantastic show :)

What an amazing show the lads put on last night. Ive been a fan for 17 years and last night was my first show. I always have seemed to not have been able to see the guys play. But what a night last night.

As a country we gave them the warmest of welcome and we all sang in unison!!!

The best gig i have ever been to! Keep it going Pearl Jam.

FANTASTIC SHOW - Ben Harper and his band are amazing, thanks agains guys. I hope to see you soon again, thanks for the music.

Just back from the O2 qig and I have to say, ive been blown away again. I am 33 now and have been a fan for the last 18 years. The shows get better and better, opening with long road... the song that made me want to learn the guitar and the first song i mastered on it... and the words, "how I wish for you today" having lost some close family over the last few months it really hit home, i was in tears... but they were tears of joy.. Bettermam, elderly woman and Alive showed what an irish crowd is like, we sing it for them... Very special... Nothingman was a highlight and i liked the lyric change in not for you " small my table, now sits 4" anyway, i cant make Belfast tomorrow but have 2 seated tickets, so if a fan wants them please mail me, they are available for pick up around Burlington road all day tomorrow... my fiances appendix packed it in so i cant travel, and id like a fan to get them......

Coming all the way from the Boston area to this show - The Boston show was amazing, but this will be a unique experience - first PJ show in another country! My wife is coming and would love to hear Sad, and I've never heard Alone or Brother before! And Oceans would be a great opener!
