Good to hear I was not the only one ! I travelled from Singapore to get this concert - it was my 4th time seeing them live. This concert was typically awesome - everytime you see Pearl Jam it is like the first. When you fly for 5 hours to see a band and they deliver a performance with as much passion as that - well what a rush ! Money very well spent ! Thank you Pearl Jam for a set list full of gems.

Awesome show!!! I dragged along some friends who had never seen pearl jam before and werent overly excited, by the end of the 3rd song they were rocking out and knew exactly why i love this band soo much. cant wait for the next tour, they just keep getting better and better.
Can Anyone enlighten us as to what the 10 club tix privileges are.
Is it a separate section at the front of GA, or is it just first in best dressed in GA.
If it is a separate section, can you get a pass out, or do you loose your spot if you walk out to go to the bar etc??

The only real benefit the 10C tickets have is you get let in 15 mins before the general public... Which is about 4:30 in the arvo... There are no pass-outs at all (10C, GA, stands)... So, from early entry to the time the show finishes is about 7 hours... There's no separate 10C section... If you go to the bar you'll have to weave your way out, then back to where you were... Which I guess anyone else could do... I rocked up to both Perth & Adelaide at the end of Ben Harper's set and got myself as close as my lazy ass could get... Ten years ago I woulda been hugging the barrier from start to finish... So the only benefit I really got having 10C tix was that I was pretty much guaranteed fixer tix... How close you get depends on how tight the crowd towards the front is and how lazy or enthusiastic you are when it comes to doing the whole crowd weave thing, etc...

Eddie said that they have played on many ovals, but Adelaide oval is the most beautiful! Was funny hearing him stuff up twice when playing Amongst the waves, just shows that he is only human!
Yes that made me laugh and to see the guys stuff up - Eddie was so apologetic- but that just endeared him and the band to everyone even more! The night was absolutely memorable and I was just(again) going through how the night unfolded .... I thought their last Perth concert at Subi was awesome but this was mind blowing, stunning. I'm so glad I took my (much) younger Canadian mate J. who had never seen them live and she was is so...um, in love! but then aren't we all! What a perfect night, right up the front unbelievable experience. Thank you PJ, thank you Eddie. Mx
I've got tickets for Melbourne on Friday night and so if you don't mind me asking, I was wondering what were the arrangements like for the Ten Club members at the concert you attended? Was it a seperate section or simply first in to the venue? Also, I am curious as to how much they section off the general admission, ie if it is one big section or several smaller?
Best concert I have ever been to! Have seen Pearl Jam a few times now, but they just keep getting better and better!! Loved the finish with Ledbetter! A night to remember always...
That opening was sensational - Eddie and the bad walks out and says "Are you ready?" - HELL YEAH EDDIE you could say that !!!!!! So they open with a stunning set of Breakerfall, Why Go and Corduroy what a threesome to start - no easing into this concert !! 4th time I have seen them and every time is like the first.
Also Garden was a real gem as was Grievance...Betterman was awesome because the crowd sang the entire first half of the song - even Eddie thought that was cool.

Well... what more can I say... PEARL JAM FRICKEN ROCKED the stadium last night.
Caught a drum-stick aswell; that was played on 'Yellow Ledbetter', which now gives me super human special drumming powers.
Thank GOD for '10 Club' tickets... being so close to rock gods is such a privelege.
