WHERE CAN I JOIN THE CLUB ONLINE?

WHERE DOES MY MEMBERSHIP FEE GO?
Membership fees help to cover the cost of production, design and postage for the newsletters and Christmas singles. The fee for international members is $5 higher to cover international postage rates.
HOW LONG DOES MY MEMBERSHIP LAST?
Your membership is good for one year from the date it's processed. Your membership expiration date will be printed on the bottom right corner of the mailing labels on all your Ten Club mail.
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE MEMBERSHIPS?
No. One membership per individual only.
WILL BAND MEMBERS READ MY MAIL?
We can't guarantee a band member will read your mail, but the Ten Club staff opens and reads every letter. We reserve letters and gifts for the band to sift through, so we don't discourage you from sending your love.
HOW DO I GET TICKETS THROUGH THE TEN CLUB?
When a tour is announced, tickets will be made available to purchase at the Ten Club before they go on-sale to the general public. We will send all eligible members an email with the pre-sale ticket information. We will also make this information available in the NEWS and TOUR section of our site. Policies and conditions vary from tour to tour, so the most accurate information will be posted with a tour announcement.
We can not guarantee tickets for all fan club members for all shows, with limited restrictions and deadlines, but we do make them available whenever possible.
International territories can be a little tricky, but we do our best to come up with a solution to accommodate our fan club members worldwide.
I WOULD LIKE TO GIVE A FAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP AS A GIFT. HOW DO I DO THAT?
If you'd like to purchase a gift membership online, you'll need to make sure you are logged out of your existing membership account, and you'll need to REGISTER with the gift recipient's email address and a password. At that point, you can follow the regular directions to join the fan club, just make sure you put their name and address as the main information, and your billing information in the space provided.
Please note: an email confirmation will be sent to the email address registered to the gift recipient.

WHEN I LOGIN TO THE WEB SITE, IT SAYS WELCOME BACK, (MY NAME), BUT WHEN I TRY TO CHECK OUT IN THE GOODS SECTION, IT TAKES ME BACK TO THE
LOGIN AREA AND SAYS I'M NOT LOGGED IN.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?
You can always change any personal information including your email address, password, etc., in your PROFLIE. Click on PROFILE in the top-right corner of this page. You can edit your mailing address by going to the GOODS section, make sure you are logged in, and click the links under MY INFORMATION.
At this time you cannot transfer an account from one person to another. The account must remain registered to the first and last name of the person who started the membership account. Member seniority and/or member benefits cannot be transferred at any time.
