now, how does this song is not included in a studio album, as for about most of lost dogs, is something i cant begin to understand....
Yeah, but how great is lost dogs?? its my favorite. I love it for its difference.
I have always loved this song, but it holds new meaning to me after losing a child last year. I think about my husband and his grief and how this song really captures what I see in his eyes. I love how their songs tell a story, but it fits into each of our lives so differently.
This song should never have been "lost" and it's certainly not a "dog". It may not have fit on Binaural, but it would have been the best song on that album if it did.
After the Boston show last night, I have now been lucky to have seen PJ do this song twice...so damn sweet and bittersweet.
Now that I've read the comment above mine, this song will probably move me even more.

I saw it the first time played LIVE in Reading Pa....It was the Vote for change tour..Death Cab for Cutie opened up for them that night..
