Ha, it's "DELETE" because this is a list in SharePoint that this site is based on. It was a note for one of the site-administrators to delete this line in from the list because it's a duplicate or an error or something, none of you are missing anything in particular, all of "Come Back"s info is on the other "Come Back" in this list... :-)
