This was probably the OK Hotel under the Alaskan Way viaduct. I know they played there at least once and it's not listed anywhere on this set list for 1991. I know this because I was seeing Alice in Chains in Ballard one night in 1991 and talking to Sean Kinney (of Alice in Chains) and he was saying he was surprised at the turnout for their show given the fact that Mookie Blaylock was playing at the OK Hotel that same night.
