Like EllenElyse, this was my first PJ concert. I was attending college in Northern California at the time. I flew down in the morning, got picked up at the airport by a friend, and made it to the show on time. I can remember it just like it was yesterday. Tremor Christ, Rearviewmirror, and Alive were incredible. The Ramones were amazing, too. They played the new "jeremy" at this show. I Can't Explain (by the Who) was equally great. When I got back to college the next day, I went to a local record show and bought all The Who CD's I could afford.
I have been to over 20 PJ shows (as of 2011), but this is always my favorite.
My very first PJ concert. I had to hitch a ride with someone I barely knew in order to get there. :) PJ was/is my favorite band, and this concert only confirmed that for me. This was also my first concert ever... after The Monkee's when I was about 8. :) I love you guys!!
