Ran across this bootleg in Athens Ga at Wuxtry Record store in 2002. Put it in and played it wall to wall. I have alot of boots. This one is probably the best. WMA is unbelievable. They Rip through Sonic Reducer. Love it before Betterman...."this one is dedicated to the bastard who married my mama".
I was just listening to this last night. Its just so freaking good.
I was teaching my girl about PJ history and showed her the part before Go when Ed says "This song's for Kurt... We love him" At least that's what I hear. And then 2 days later Kurt shoots himself in the head. I found this very interested. I guess Ed knew he was going through some very hard times. Of course I am just speculating that he is even talking about Cobain but I always thought that was interesting. Check it out if you never put that together. Kurt died on April 5, 1994
I agree this is one of PJ's best shows! I used to have a copy on tape back in the day and lost it. I would love to own this show digitally, hopefully someday Ten Club makes it available
We feel that this is one of the best Pearl Jam shows of all time that we have ever heard with our ears (W.M.A., Blood, etc.) There seemed to be a tremendous vibe and great intensity to this particular show.
We wondered if the band considered the second night at the Fox Theater in Atlanta for the Vs/Vitalogy Deluxe set?
