This was my first PJ show and the first time I saw a major act period. Great show guys. The whole place screaming out "hello!" during Elderly Woman gave me chills as well as the cut into Baba O'Riley at the end. I've been searching for a bootleg of this show for yrs. I remember this kid getting up on stage and being grabbed and having his head pulled back by the hair. Eddie never even noticed. I'm sure he would have had some words. I've also come to appreciate this show and band over the yrs. just having the perspective of having been to many shows since then. You guys performed a great show in B'ham AL! I've been on the west coast for yrs. now where I feel bands are naturally inclined to want to give it 100%. Having recently seen a "major act" in Atlanta punch out a mediocre show was dissapointing and honestly sad for the fans. There's no difference between a fan that's willing to pay to see a band in L.A. than there is in a small town. Fans don't pay to go to a greatest hits concert w/ one exception and a one song hit encore....Coldplay. They want something special. Anyway, I caught PJ's 4th night at the Gibson on the 7th and it was amazing! Couldn't have asked for a better show guys. I honestly started to tear up a couple of times. Long Road, Untitled, Why Go, and Amongst the Waves w/ that whole story about the dolphin..... Rock on guys, I'm glad you're still around.
