Here in Brasil we hear and read a lot of lies about show dates, it breaks our heart!! Please, another visit to let us show you our love! PJ Forever, we love you guys!!

Ta na hora de voltar!!!!!!
Esses boatos, tão punk.

This was my first and unique PJ show in my life. Sorry for bad english, but I'm a PJ fan since I was 3 years old, when my brother started to hear them (he was 16), and since then, I was expecting to see them live.
When I discovered they would play here, I almost cried. And I could say easily that this day was one of the best days of my life.
When I heard the drum introduction of "Last Exit", the first song, I start to cry like a baby.. hahaha.. the 4 beggining songs where so energetic.. After the end of "Animal", Eddie talked with the crowd in Portuguese!! I couldn't expect anything like that! He was concerned about the crowd all the time, and explained it at this point.
"Dissident" was a great highlight, one of my favorite songs. "Even Flow" was very good too, with the crowd jumping the whole song
When Matt began the drum intro of "Not For You", I start praying to be "Light Years", one of my favorite songs, which has an intro very similar to the first one, but "Not For You" was really good too.
"Go" was very unexpected to me so as "Leatherman" and "Don't Gimme No Lip", and Mike did the solo with the guitar behind his head.
About the first encore, I was really surprised when I heard "Blood", great song, and was the first time I had heard "Kick Out The Jams". "Alive" just exploded everybody's mind!!
"Black" was really really beautiful, made me cried again throughout the song. Eddie ended the song with a brazilian flag over his shoulders, and it was a great highlight of the show. After the end of the song, he said, in portuguese, that "in the next we play here, the world will be better because George Bush won't be president anymore." Everybody started booing Bush, and then came another great highlight: "Jeremy"
In "Yellow Ledbetter" Matt played bass, Stone drums, and Jeff, acoustic guitar. They've returned to play "Baba O'Riley", great cover.
It was a great night, I expect to see them again on Backspacer tour. This album is so great, and I hope to see the new songs live here!
Please come back to Brazil Pearl Jam! We love you!
