This was my first PJ show. Stood outside for 13 hours. Totally worth it. Front Row!!! Awesome first show. Anyone remember Ed taping the hat to his head cuz it kept falling off?
This was my 3rd Pearl Jam show. I paid double the (i think $40) face value of the ticket from a ticket broker. I got there pretty early and positioned myself at the front of the stage. I got a guitar pick that was thrown into the crowd. The concert was excellent. At the stroke of midnight, Keith Richards came onto the stage and played "Time is on my side." Eddie Vedder stayed for Keith Richards,and watched his entire performance from a private balcony box.
i was standing outside near times square on NYE, on shrooms begging to get in the show to no avail.
met Jeff and Ed on street after show, and saw John MacEnroe. Could have been my 2nd PJ show.
