Mike McCready Special Guest Composer on Fringe

04.21.10

Tune in May 6, 2010 to a special episode of FOX-TV's Fringe where you will be able to listen to new music from Pearl Jam's own Mike McCready. Recently taking the chair as guest composer, McCready  added his own unique twist to the show's musical score with two tracks true to the show's spine-tingling, cult following.

i miss Fox Mulder...

Fringe is better than X-files which was a huge let down; They pulled a Twin Peaks on us with that show. PJ and Fringe converge...awesome!

Twin Peaks was like Creed. Pearl Jam is 100% times better.

::thumbs up::

Ahem...I hope you will email this info out like maybe on May 4th 'cause well...there ARE people out there who don't watch TV...like me... *cough*

Thank you in advance. ;)

I don't watch tv but for sports and Fox sunday night cartoons but I'll have to check this out. It's like a family member doing something special; you have to go.

I totally love Fringe, this is such a great news!

It is so perfect- Fringe is one of the very few shows I watch and look forward to watching. Having Mike do a few songs makes it special.

Twin Peaks was amazing while Mark Frost and David Lynch still had their creative hands in it. They were less hands-on in the second season until the last half, when it started getting good again.

X-Files was amazing but if only they could have done what LOST did, which was set the number of seasons which means the writers had a timeline to work with on how and when to end the story, etc.

Fringe to me is X-Files 2.0. JJ.Abrams obviously was a fan of X-files...just compare the beginnings of the two shows.

Sorry, gone WAY off topic...Mike writing music for Fringe = Awesomeness.
