Q: What formats are the digital downloads?
A: Digital bootlegs of each show are available as digital downloads in two audio formats, MP3 or FLAC. By selecting "MP3," you will receive a collection of MP3 audio files that can be played from your hard drive and transferred to a digital music player like an iPod. By selecting the "FLAC" digital download option, you will get a collection of files that have been created using the Free Lossless Audio Codec (FLAC). It is a higher quality audio file than an MP3. Please note that FLAC files have a very large file size and CANNOT be played on digital music players like an iPod. You can read more about FLAC here. If you are not sure what a FLAC file is, we suggest you do NOT download it.
Q: How can I play my FLAC files in iTunes?
A: You’ll need to convert the FLAC files before you can listen to them in iTunes:
Flac to aiff
FLAC to mp3 - PC
FLAC to mp3 - Mac OS X

Click "download" and save the ZIP file to your own computer, then unzip the files and play in your favorite digital music player.
Q: Why is the link to my download not working?
A: Reasons the download will not be allowed; Max download attempts have been exceeded, the download has expired, or the URL is "hacked" e.g. someone is trying to hack the system and get free downloads. If you feel the downloads have been incorrectly disabled, please contact .
Q: When I went to download the files, all I got was a ZIP file. What is a ZIP file?
A: A ZIP file is merely a storage format to put all of your MP3s into one. easy to download file instead of each track separately. You can open a ZIP file through WinZIP or Stuffit Expander. You must "unzip" the files in order to listen to them. Programs like iTunes will NOT work with just a ZIP file.
Q: Is there any downloadable artwork for the digital bootlegs?
A: You have two options. There are some digital files in the Digital Extras Pack that can be used in iTunes or other digital players. But they are not specific for each show. Or you can download CD Inserts and Tray Inlays for all the bootlegs. PDF files - pj2008_cdart.zip
Q: Can I buy downloads from other Pearl Jam tours?
A: Currently only bootlegs from the 2008 tour are officially available from pearljam.com. At this time there are no specific plans to make previous tours available, but if that changes we will send an email blast out to all the Ten Club members and post the information on the site.

A: While your order was placed through pearljam.com, all 2008 bootleg CDs are manufactured on demand by Kufala Recordings and being shipped from their location in California. Q: How do I get tickets through the Ten Club?
A: When a tour is announced, tickets will be made available to purchase at the Ten Club before they go on-sale to the general public. We will send all eligible members an email with the pre-sale ticket information. We will also make this information available in the NEWS and TOUR section of our site. Policies and conditions vary from tour to tour, so the most accurate information will be posted with a tour announcement.
We can not guarantee tickets for all fan club members for all shows, with limited restrictions and deadlines, but we do make them available whenever possible.
International territories can be a little tricky, but we do our best to come up with a solution to accommodate our fan club members worldwide.

Q: Why did I lose 30 dys when I renewed my past due membership?
A: Here is an example of how this works. A member is 30 days delinquent, renews membership properly, membership end date reverts to original date, not renewal date. The question is "why did I lose 30 days?" The answer is while the member was within the grace period their membership was still technically active, or at least they are seen as current. When they pay, we charge the member for those 30 days.

Q: I found an error in the set lists. What should I do?
A: The set lists on pearljam.com were collected from several sources, including fan sites and their correspondents over the years. From time to time, the set lists differ from site to site and with Pearl Jam's own records. This is understandable considering the way the data has been reported and gathered over the years. In order to enter the data into a searchable database, we have simplified some of the elaborate notation found in some of the set lists, but hope that we have preserved the richness of the reports of those who attended and documented the shows. Let us know if you find any errors by writing to with "Set lists" in the subject line.
